i recently issued a post paid no. of idea which was been in use from next day onwards fter one day the person from idea called me for address confirmation at the time i was in office and asked me for next day, and from that day onwards my no. is blocked and till now no visit has been done. and customer center no better responce i had got.
the worst service and attitude shown by the executives from any other telecom sector.
